The Teeta (South Ridge) occurrence is located at an elevation of approximately 350 metres on a north-facing slope, south of Teeta Creek and approximately 2.1 kilometres north of Mount Clark.

Regionally, the area is underlain by andesitic to rhyodacitic lava, tuff and breccia of the Lower Jurassic Bonanza Group. The Bonanza Group volcanics have been intruded by granodiorite stocks of the Jurassic Island Plutonic Suite.

Locally, a silica-chlorite–altered feldspar porphyry near a diorite contact hosts intensely clay-altered shear zones with minor quartz veining with pyrite, chalcopyrite and sphalerite mineralization.

In 2019, a sample (S850604) assayed 1.035 grams per tonne gold, 2.1 grams per tonne silver and 0.673 per cent zinc (Assessment Report 38407).
